Spicy Chicken Drumsticks with Tzatziki

  • 8 chicken drumsticks

  • 3.5 oz.(100g) chipotle marinade, store-bought

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2 handfuls mint leaves, chopped

  • 1 cucumber

  • 6 oz. (170g) natural yoghurt, 0% fat


  1. Cover the chicken drumsticks with the chipotle sauce and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour

  2. Preheat the oven to 360F (180C) or heat up the BBQ

  3. In the meantime, crush the garlic and chop the mint leaves

  4. Peel the cucumber, halve in length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon

  5. Grate the cucumber pulp coarsely, then mix it with the yoghurt, garlic, and mint

  6. Season with salt and pepper

  7. Fry the chicken in the oven or on the BBQ for about 35 minutes until cooked throughout

  8. Serve the chicken with the tzatziki dip
