Ingredients:

  • 8.8 oz. (250g) ground pork

  • pinch of salt & pepper

  • 2 tbsp. sage, chopped

  • 2 tbsp. basil, chopped

  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the pork with salt, pepper, sage, and basil

  2. Combine well and shape into eight sausages

  3. Heat the coconut oil in a large non-stick frying pan and cook the sausages over medium heat until well browned and thoroughly cooked

  4. Serve hot or store in the fridge for later

Note: Can be had on their own as a low carb snack eaten hot or left to cool, as a family favourite meal sausage and mash by adding mash or on a sausage sandwich! (mash and bread not included in the nutrient breakdown)
