Cottage Cheese, Avocado & Sundried Tomato Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz. (400g) cottage cheese

  • 2 avocados, stone removed

  • 4 medium corn wraps

  • 3.5 oz. (100g) sundried tomatoes

  • 4 handfuls lettuce

Method:

  1. Heat the wraps according to instructions

  2. Mash the avocado with a fork and spread over the corn wraps

  3. Season with salt & pepper

  4. Next divide the cottage cheese, tomatoes and lettuce over the avocado

  5. Roll the wraps and enjoy!

Note: If you are eating the wraps late, wrap them tightly in cling film and keep them in the fridge
