  • 12.7 oz. (360g) chickpeas

  • 2 tbsp. natural unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp. tahini

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp. water


  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas

  2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor or a high-speed blender and blend into a smooth paste

  3. Add more water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency

  4. Serve as a dip with fruit
